I have been an Amazon customer since it came to India. My conclusion is its growth is not just by fluke, but due to a robust and dedicated customer-centric team. Here's my review:
Customer Service: Unmatched, I would say. I have tried almost all major e-commerce portals in India. Amazon is the best. They are quick to respond, polite and problem-solving. I remember once I received a faulty cellphone and they asked me to return it back to them. The problem was they were unable to arrange a reverse pick-up from the location the mobile was and I was unable to send it back as I had bought it as a gift for someone. Ultimately, they asked me to keep the cellphone and still made the full refund. What to say of such a great customer support team?
Product Quality: Products are not sold directly by Amazon. They are sold by sellers on Amazon. So, sometimes, some unpleasant experience may happen. However, as for product quality, I will rate them 99.99%. Any issues, they are always quick to resolve it.
Delivery Timelines: 100% on-time delivery.
App & Websites: Super easy to navigate and user-friendly.
Reliability: 100% reliable. That's why I am still a customer.
