First of all amazon is great in packaging and delivery. I ordered a Bluetooth headphones and I was surprised by the packaging.
The headphones were well protected and they were working fine. And talking about the return policy, its fine but not good because they take a month or a month or half to return the item, that's too late
And you also have to keep them informed that you have returned the item, that's so annoying. And in my hometown there's no COD avalaible. I have to pay before buying something, and that's also annoying
