First of all their delivery speed is very fast and delivery charges are also minimum. The packaging is also good.and in case you are dissatisfied with the services or product you can request for a refund which you can get after returning the product.'
They provide a date and time at which the courier will come to your address for the pick up.so the return policy is also hassle free.the customer service is also supportive.overall my shopping experience with amazon is good.
