Very unhappy with amazon behavior .our coffee maker broke , so we found one we wanted on amazon and placed an order on 26 dec .it did. But what we got was a used coffee maker.
It was just thrown in the box , no packing mayerial , cord and parts loose and the water reservoir was cracked in multiple picease .
I contacted Amazon to have a replacement shipped ASAP and was told the new would arrive on 30 dec . when I receiveed an email update the delivery date was started as jan 2nd? .this is not fair
