I had been a long time online shopper! I had been a customer for Amazon as well! But I had faced lots of problems from this brand of e-commerce!
Let me tell you the customer service that this site offers is amazing! There can be a conversation with the seller by the customer if he or she wants!
But when it comes to the context of shipping the products this is the site which is mostly late! It goes beyond times very often! Once I got the product after 2 weeks of the date claimed by them! I complained but I don't think it works out!
Website is good but a lot of problems faced on the apps like looging in problem which means you can only brwose through the product not buy it and many more such problem in the app!
Although the website gives you a wide variety of products to choose from so very good site! Products are genuine and of good quality!
So not at all a trusty website on matter of emergency or quick delivery!
