I order a GEL PAD for neck pain but the delivered product was wrong. Delivery was also very delayed. however they refund my money within 24 hours of complaint but question arises that product delivered was wrong, I can understand the damage/ delivery late but it is not digestible that product is wrong. It becomes more painful when delivery is late & here I m suffering from neck pain & product delivered is wrong.
however still I believe in Amazon & rate it more than trusted than any other online shopping site.
