sometime ago my friend order a sports shoes .after expired date of delivery we contact to customer service . in reply they told us they cold not find the products tracking and they suggest to reorder. this time he receive product in time but his 10days got waste in this incidents. I think in this incidents the fault was not amazon's but the company of the product. it could be one time mistake.
