I had ordered LGv20 . And After 7 days I got my delivery. When I opened the package to my surprise I found the box in poor condition.
Seal was already broken
In mobile there are no screen and back protector that company applies to protect a mobile.
There are scratches in mobile and charger.
LGv20 has USB type C data cable but in the box there is low quality micro USB.
There is case provided which is broken.
All the items in the box are not in condition. I have waited for 7 days to get the mobile , for refund I am told to wait 9 working days after the mobile is collected which will take 2 days. Thank you for wasting my 18 days. .
All the excitement I had to have new mobile is ruined.
