My experience-amazon is a biggest e-commerce site for products of all catagories I found many products in less price in amazon .its my past experience I ordered coolpad note 3 lite from amazon when at that time it was recently launched
I ordered it on delhi I live in dehradun that time amazonbnot delivered product more than 5 thousand in our state might b due to some tax reason. So the parcel was delivered to my knowing person house next day I got it after 2 days as I open the box the packing was quite not upto the mark .i open the product and I found some issues regarding camera and battery charger so I call the cuatomer care and notify them my problem they givea me assurance of replacement but I want refund so I bit pray them and some how 1customer care executive arrange refund .since it is a mattter of money the price of the phone was 7 thousand I call continously them to check the update many time they even said u Call 5 min before after then they appoint a customer care excecutive who call me daily 2-3 times a day to give me update I peraonally the customer care support was beat in amzon asy phone reach to their dockyard which was in hydrabad within 1 hour I got my full money refund anthor best part they arrange courier so that they pick product from my orignal adrees of dehradun thats even I like so amzon is a great site I still buyong things from it .some time product is defective but its manufacure falut qe cant blame them
