I used to be a big fan of Amazon until today but no more. Today they have done something which was not expected from an e-commerce site like Amazon India. Here is the whole story
I was looking for containers which could be used for my microwave and as I have some amount balance in my account I ordered 2 set of boxes at Rs 225 and Rs 269+ a pocket of Bathroom Fragrance 10 g(3 items in total)
The items arrived before the promised date but when we opened the pack one of the two container sets had one piece short. The lid of the main box was broken. I immediately reported back the matter to Amazon and requested them to replace the damaged pack but the reply was totally shocking.
They asked me to send the pack by post and then they will charge further 100/ for re-dispatching the replacement. I have decided not to buy from Amazon in future.
