Amazon the online ecommerce site, recently I placed an order for redmi 4a last month( june2017) for my lucknow address. After placing the order, Amazon promised me to deliver the phone in a week, however when I checked online about the order, it was updated.my order had been shipped to Indore. Immedietly, I raised an issue with amazon service.Again they assured me of delivering it in time.
At last when d delivery date approached, they simply updated, soory, the item has'nt reach lucknow hiwever will definitly deliver within 10 days. After 10 days, they again failed to deliver the item to my said address. In a frustration I had to cancel my order. Even after repeated complaint, amazon courier service will never improve its service. Very bad impression n will give a thumbs down.
