Recently I bought a product from amazon., and I would say this was the worst online purchasing experience I had ever faced. The product was supposed to be delivered on some date but after 15 days of expected delivery no delivery and neither any message regarding the late delivery or any matter regarding the product. Just tracking information and that is also not real time responsive. After 20 days of expected delivery they delivered it to me.
Note: beware of the services of Amazon as they are neither informative not responsive.
