Review:
I ordered a product from Amazon India(Order ID: 407-3171968-6737167) dates 18/06/2025 and received the wrong item dated 23/06/2025 after this I raised a complaint with multiple calls, emails, and tweets, Amazon confirmed on July 19, 2025, that they would arrange a pickup and issue a refund.
However, no pickup was attempted. Later, they closed the case without any effort or proper explanation. This is extremely disappointing and unfair.
Even after assurance from their team, I was denied a refund for their mistake. Amazons customer service has let me down completely.
I have no choice now but to escalate the issue through Consumer Helpline and public forums. I begg in front of amazon and continiosly sent to mail but they are not helping me.
