With my last transaction on amazon, they clearly proved why they are one of the best online companies in the world.
I ordered Nikon D3300 from the website. Before ordering from amazon, I had checked all the other websites as well as the shops around my area. I got the best price on amazon. I chose the one day delivery by paying Rs 99 extra. I was not disappointed by them at all coz I received the product very next day.
The packaging was perfect. The camera was working perfectly fine. Now I checked the memory card that came with it. It was not working. I opened my laptop and checked if I needed to format it before using it. But it was not working on laptop either. Now I thought it would be a pain interacting with the customer service. But man, I was so wrong
I went to the website and entered my phone number and immediately received the phone call from them. I explained my problem. I was stunned what I heard from the other side. He said you can order another same size memory card from our website and we will refund the amount. He said I'll call you in one hour to refund the money. By that time, please order the card.
So I went to the website, ordered another card, he called me and refunded the money. Great Customer Service. I received the memory card also next day without paying a single rupee.
I am all happy with the transaction and will definitely order again and would recommend to others.
