Hello friends this is mayank and today I am going to tell about my experience with Amazon.in. I have purchased a headphone from Amazon.in and it was my first purchase on Amazon.in then the product is delivered on time but it was an effective product so I have applied for return but they make it replaced and it is ok for me but the replaced product is also defective and then I have applied for return and my return is applied but 25 days has been passed but no one came for pickup then I called the coustmer care then he told me that your return has been cancelled due to an technical error then he restart my return process but still 1 month have passed no return done at all. amazon.in has worst after sell services so I didn't recommend anyone to purchase anything from amazon.
