Sparx Sandle ordered and filed return within few hours of its delivery. Next day handed over to person at doorstep as usual in other cases we did. As return policy nothing will be given to you in written and message will come in evening.
No message and even after 1 month of return no refund , on enquiring customers care they are replying that item has not been received by seller we are accelerating this matter but nothing was done for next 1 month.
Now customer care personnel is asking me to show me any proof that item was picked up ... I was like" really u want me to show you proof" you are not giving anything in written, you are not sending any SMS and asking me to show you proof.. Ok from next time please take photograph or make video while returning.
Nothing has been done it's more that 2 months.
