No doubt Amazon is a Best shopping site for all type of product and espicialy for Differt type of Books Collection.
Its customer service is good.Customer care response is too good for customers.they very gently solve the problems.
But, Its Delivery service for small cities and areas is not good.
1st thing is they not acept Cash on delivery.
2nd thing is they Use Indian Postal as a Curier so delivery time is too late.
3rd is Return any product to amazon which is came through Idian Post is very deficult to return.We have to pecking and send the product through the Post.
Website is too easy and simplevto use speed is also great.but app is not soo Good As compared the website.
