Recently, before 5 months, I ordered one watch in Amazon.in because I heard that Amazon.in give on-time delivery and their offers and quality of products are nice.
So, I ordered one watch in Amazon.in where they told it will reach within 5 days in normal delivery but I want that watch within 3 days of order. Hence, I called the customer service of Amazon.in. Infact, they called me within 1 minute and saved my balance and I told them to deliver my product within 3 days.
They assured me that it will deliver within 3 days. Seriously, after 3 days they delivered it and my product packaging is also very nice. I am really satisfied and happy with the customer service and quality of product that Amazon.in provided and I recommend everyone to use Amazon.in for online-shopping as they provide on-time delivery and good quality products and their customer service is also nice.
