I have had a return placed with amazon - Order # 403-1761280-6106746 and needed the refund to my account but I was given an amazon gift card which I don’t need it. Jai, the supervisor says he is the highest point of escalation and I cannot go beyond him and nothing can be done now.
When I opted for refund to my bank and the same was not being done, I expected a notification at least but the same was too much to ask and its not a very brilliant way of amazon have the pie and keep it too.
I would let the points expire and I will share my experience with others so they do not go through the same trauma while amazon can shove the gift card anywhere.
Excuse my choice of words but there is no other way to show frustration after chasing for refund like a dog and the end result is not even close to what is desired.
I hope the primary aim of Amazon is not to leave customers without choice
