I have a good experience with amazon services since last one year. Last year I enrolled for amazon prime membership, and this year again I renewed the same. Since last few orders, I noticed that delivery service is quite longer than earlier days. I had an image that, amazon is the only a good service provider. But it was wrong for the current days, amazon has started so many other services in their platform and they might be affected in to deliver the right service to their customer. For Amazon Prime members delivery schedule is average 4-5 days, And which is same like other service providers, i.e flipkart, snapdeal, paytmall etc.
amazon prime has no more value added service.
