My name being Torab A Kamal. I would like to bring to your kind notice the irresponsible and rude behavior of your Courier Agents(AMZ Agents) and lack of cooperation from their side.
My order was dispatched to me on the 23rd October, 2016 at around mid-afternoon, but these courier people rang the wrong door bell, without actually reading the correct address which says 1st Floor, and went away and when I called them they asked me why I never picked up their call and I explained them that I was having my lunch and the number never says that it was from Amazon. Thus I requested him to come back as I was waiting for the parcel eagerly but he ruthlessly decline and asked me to collect the packet from them as they are “not” going to come back and was very rude in their tone. I told him that I will be complaining about him and his unruly behavior, but he cared a little.
My wife called the Amazon Customer Service about it and they promised that my delivery is going to come soon as they had a talk with the courier guy. I waited for my parcel but no courier man came.
The next day I got a message from Amazon that I “refused” to accept the parcel, thus it went back. So I assume that no one took their job seriously, neither the courier person nor the customer service desk. And all the blame eventually was forced on customer’s head.
I would request you to please look into the matter earnestly and try to solve it.
