Amazon is popular  online site in india  .it stared its operations in india in 2013 january. I am purchasing from amazon since 2013. it has great features which are unique and unmatched to any online shopping site in india .

I purchased  havell pedal fan in june 2013 . the product reached on time in well packed in safe and secure packing. I found product is not  good quality then I filed return request the next day amazon picked up the product from my home and refunded amount within 2 days. amazon has wide range of products that is 1.5 crore products.it good customer protection policy for all its products sold on it. 10 days return window for electronic and 30 days return window for books and cloths . whenever I faced problem with product or from seller amazon came to my rescue.i am very much delighted and happy to be customer of amazon . I feel to be proud of being member of amazon. I recommend  amazon for all friends
