Amazon is a large e commerce website. It is one of the renowned online market other than flipkart.But it has some features that we hates. firstly it provides us various things that we cant find easily on flipkart. But there is some problem. They dont came to pick up the returned items. Recently I brought a lipo battery from sun industry . It was having some issue so I decided to return it. After I requested the package return I had a phone call from them telling me that package returning policy has been started. It has been almost 2 months but no one came to take the package. Their package delivery timing is also poor. Product quality is also poor unless it brought from a renowned company.
