I ordered Amazon Basics 14-Inch Laptop Sleeves(Black) on 10th Oct'16 did it on COD. Product was expected to be delivered on 12th Oct'16. Suddenly on 11th October I got message that courier boy tried delivering product to my address but not able to find any one at location though it was my office address and we are open 24*7. We always have a security guard standing Outside at entry of our office premises. The message posted by Courier Company at 10:10 PM on 11th October.
Next day 12th Oct 2016, again at around 2:30 PM I got same message that "no one available at mentioned location though we were opened that dat and full office was going on.
I selected this product as next day delivery and paid Rs. 90 extra for express delivery.
I called the customer support and mentioned him that his courier boy is bluffing and not attempted the delivery. The Customer support is so insensitive that he offered me that he can get it delivered by tom and will not charge any extra delivery charges despite my explaining him that I ordered this product as express delivery and paid extra Rs. 90/- for it so why not today. After long discussion he agrees to lodge a complaint and promised me that it will be delivered by today itself.
