I want to share my experience.I recently purchased a keyboard from Amazon.I ordered the product after compare to other online site.Product will reached on time as they provide the delivery time.But the product quality was not good for my particular product because I got this keyboard whose cable is disconnected every time.

I made a call its customer Service to return my product they help me lot and instruction provide by them easy and simple

next day Amazon return my product and update my new keyboard .They also provide application in which we can search and buy product will easy to use it will rate its application 4/5 star.Customer service is very good they speak well and resolve issue.Websites of Amazon was great in look wise and their is slight variation between app & WEBSITE.

Amazon is one of the reliable company in online shopping because some company cheat their customer but they not.

I advice you to go to Amazon.
