Amazon UK are by far the best company to buy from, their customer service is red hot and I've never missed a package from them and they always deliver extremely quickly, often the day after despatch which itself only takes a day.
I try to order everything online directly from Amazon or fulfilled by Amazon. As I type this I'm currently waiting in for a package from Yodel which is already a day late, their service is the complete opposite of Amazon.
