Never faced an issue with Amazon. Am a Prime customer and stick to buying Prime products so return, refund us not an issue. Shipping is free too, for Prime customers. Also get free movies and free music. Site is very user friendly and all details regarding return, refund, replacement are mentioned clearly. I stopped buying from Flipkart coz of shipping charges. Happy with Amazons customer support too.
