I've ordered hard disk from amazon -ORDER # 402-7021961-6380358 on 13th october and the estimated delivery date was 20th to 22nd but got an update on 17th saying that my delivery will be delayed to 27th oct.
When contacted amazon they are claiming that it's not possible to send product by 22nd as it's already shipped. if I book another product with express delivery they'll be able to deliver it but the product which has already book and got delayed can't be delivered.
If they continue the delivery like this they'll never gonna catch others like flipkart and snapdeal. I won't recommend anyone to book any product through amazon because of this bad experience.
