I had been using Amazon for online shopping since a year. I have recently purchased a MHL adapter micro usb to hdmi cable adapter so I can watch the YouTube videos on my TV from mobile. However, when I got this and connected to my mobile and Tv, I. found this was not compatible with my phone( redmi 4) . I had paid Rs.599 for this. I immediately requested them for a return and refund via the mobile app. Their return is very simple, just select the order and then return or replace item reason and submit. I can select a day and time for pickup. The courier guy called me and arrived the next day. He inspected the product and placed a new label on it. Within 2 hours I got a message the product been returned and refund was initiated. No questions asked and within 5 days I got the amount credited back to my bank account( You need to update your bank details for refund) . I am very happy with their service so far.
