I have not got the refund for my ORDER # 403-7398036-8074769. Everyday I get some or the other excuses, It is almost a week since I have returned my mobile worth 12000/-
I'm very unhappy with Amazon. I will go with some other shopping website now.
I never expected this from Amazon.
Today one Customer executive said that she does not have access to give 12, 000/- refund and tomorrow she will call me back
Previous day on Chat support told refund is done and will get it in a day.
