Here I m share my experience with amazon, so friends I have ordered many of products through the amazon.
customer service: amazon`s customer service is very awesome, I have call many of times at amazon, they solved my issues every time, and they availiable at every time I call.
product quality: I m not satisfied with some of products of amazon, they are low quality and over prized too.
delivery timeliness: delivery experience are worst from amazon, some of products are arrived soon and some of are deliver so late, and some of not deliver yet, so I m sharing my experience with all of us.
Apps and websites: amazon provide great features trough app, and website are good also, tracking status and products specification are availiable at these of platforms.
reliability: amazons provide best reliability experience to us, but there is nothing to say.
