I m very regular customer of amazon, I love everything over here but one think which leads to to hate amazon is if u reject one cod order ur cod will be suspended u cant order anythng in cod next tymIf some time if I was out of station, it is imposibl to take the product, in that case they blocked my cod. I will just say to remove this system.To work my COD again I hv to open a new acnt with new phone number which is irritating.This is what I face for this I dislike the amazon.Customers service -not grt but its fineProduct quality - its good in some case and worst insomeDelivery timeliness - in here amazon is lacking in my city its would take 15 day to delivery any productApp & websites -its good but the app pic quality is badReliability -yeah.
