Toady I want to share my experience of shopping online with amazon App/Website, mostly I prefer to shop online, and I prefer to shop with Amazon because there services was good, but my last shopping from Amazon is my bad experience ever. I was order Epson Printer, Logitech Portable USB speaker, USB hub, Pad Lock And one wireless Mic.Due to some reason of incompatible products, I return 2 products, I receive my refund after 2 months. And I call many times to Customer care they answer me that ur refund successfully transfer to your account but I don't receive, and I feel hopeless that Amazon refund me, I receive after 2 months. it totally harass me. Thank you
