The delivery time taken by them is very less and the quality of the product will b according to what you want and even if u don't like the product they are ready to take the product and refund the money back.
Sometimes they provide very had service.They should give more description about each and every product and the delivery charges at times they charge is too high.
The customer care service is not that great because at times they won't pick up calls and if the pick up they talk in a very rude way but that happens rarely which shouldn't happen atall.
They should develop their application more because compared to other online sites their site is not attractive.They should update their app and give it a nice look so people feel like searching more.The app of amazon is dull otherwise in other things its a very great site
