This is the first and last time I am going to shop in Amazon.in. I do accept there are a wide range of products to choose from, but the payment method is horrible. I used net banking method and for some reason it was not even loading the bank website properly.
I first thought may be my connection was poor. But then the repayment email came 30 min later. I clicked repayment, and thought the page will redirect to the bank page, but nothing happens. Instead the page says, we are processing your payment. How will it process when I have not even paid? I got fed up and cancelled the orders.
Also I got biased by the 1-day delivery as shown in ad. But it is just that u have to pay Rs.199 in addition to the shipping charges. Why hide details and make us believe that Amazon has the fastest service?
I paid off for the same products in ebay in just 5 mins hassle-free. I do know this service is new in India, but it needs lots of improvement.
