Customer care attitude is blind towards customer being cheated on products. I purchased a product which had obsolete ports. Despite raising complaint, they refused to take this as a reason for return and told me you didn’t dig deeper on features about product. Tata Cliq is 100 times better in customer service. I am exploring options than relying on fake reviews and poor customer service.
