Amazon spoiled my wedding function. Review on Amazon

Now I am at home writing the review, some hours earlier I had the wedding function for which I had to buy a necklace and I moved to amazon

The day was 22 feb I was searching for a good product but I was not able  to find a good value for money deal moving towards the lightning deals section I found some pretty designs on necklaces at low price, website was very user friendly and easy to use but the lightning deals section confuses with repeating deals again and again with lack of variety,  finally I selected the variations jewelery pretty decent in the images provided nice description looked a good deal

Delivery was okay lightning deals from amazon mostly come late than the normal orders, got it delivered in three working days paid it through their amazon pay balance good feature from amazon I opened the jewelery and saw what it was nothing that they showed us by intellIgent, image editing they made the product look rich in quality big in size and like precious but the products quality was cheaper than expected it was road side product the chain of the jewellery was not of metal but cotton thread type due to improper packaging which was crumbled and had very dirty look whole necklace was so unpolished and unshiny .

Now I had to compromise with my old necklace which was not that good for function but much better than amazon's product . Thanks to amazon return scheme I created a pickup for today 8 - 11 am but my money is till then stuck and I can't shop till the product reaches the ware house the customer care told politely even I was angry . Now I would have to get The product picked up and wait to get my money I want amazon to stop selling cheap products it not only irritates us but it makes the online shopping a curse .
