I am using amazon for last 3 years.I have till now purchased a wide range of products.In most cases I would say that I was satisfied with the product.Also the products were delivered in ryt tym as promised by them so I am happy with the deluvery service.something I dont like abouy amazon is that they don't provide free service on purchase below Rs500.
On one occasion I was prividded with a defected headphone twice.But yeah they changes it both the time I complained about the defect with my headphone.latr when I applied to retrn back my money they did it but it took a long time to process the returning process.nyways in other instances I was satiefied.so will recommebd others.
