The review is based on my personal experience as I regularly purchase goods from amazon.
It could be termed as the best and a customer centric online site as it has the specified product at the best price. The product delivery is always done within the specified time period. The return policy is excellent as I had received a product from a seller which was not as per the specifications. Hence I requested for a refund and a return back and the way their customer service people handled was excellent as the seller sent me an additional carpet and edited his specifications on amazon. Hats off to the excellent customer service.
