I have been a regular user of amazon.in it is a good site but the major problem here is that whenever there is a good deal on this site under 500 rupees you have to pay an extra 40 rupees for delivery even though seller of the item is even taking some shipping make you tobuy more things as a maket stratergy.
The first thing I ordered from amazon.in was a micromax canvas A1 this product was delivered about 25 days later due to some over order and bluedart being a very slow delivery agent the customer service was very good and helpful and they work 24* 7 which I hate how can you make a perosn work so much you are killing them 12 hours Jeff Bezos please they are even humans.
Amazon is a good site if you live in a metro where the dekivery is now fast and I ordered a phone yu yuphoria during the flash sales last year during diwali for a good discount not like flipkart where flash sales just keep saying that the site is having some error like in the big billion days and also if you are a book lover then amazon can quelch your thirst for books both in digital and paperback and now their doing good business but still the site is much better now their shipping times are less and you can get your product in a day but still it is a long way for amazon when it comes to some products which turned out to be half decent like clothings which when in sale are not even the stuff promised
