I had heard about my US counterparts telling about Amazon and the service and class of products from A to Z they offer, I was wondering how soon would it come to India, and yes it came late bit it conquered the market like a king.
After Amazon I have no second thoughts of ordering any product from any portals even thought they might offer some good discounts and I had encountered multiple is instances with its competitors and the after sales they provide was pathetic and don't care for the customer but Amazon global policies ate topnotch.
