It is not fair that those who spent minimum Rs.1500/- in the past 12 months on Amazon can only give customer reviews and feedbacks. Others including beginners cannot rate or review their purchased products. I bought 4 items from Amazon worth 752/- and I was unable to give feedback. Always show that "Sorry! you do not yet meet the eligibility requirements to write a review on Amazon". Though I was satisfied with the products.
