I ordered a ring from Amazon the seller was cartlane. They send me a tampered package and inside there were 2-3 amazon packing bags.when I opened the package everything was there except the ring. I called amazon they contacted seller. Seller said we have send through Amazon and it was there when they gave to amazon.
I have a claim also and the dead line they gave me was of 25th of October that too passed but still they are investigating. Now I have been waiting for a month for my refund. Every time I call customer care they tell me to wait sometimes they even disconnect the call. Their managers are just of no use they just make false promises. God knows who made them managers. M very much frustrated with this kind of amazon service.
