I am using amazon from last few years for online shopping. amazon has good customer servies. customer ranked amazon #1 in customer satisfaction. amazon has good customer servies as compare to other online shopping sites.
The product quality of amazon is very good likes electrical device, smartphones, books etc. some time it is in average in some product likes t-shirt, shirt, jeans etc. Overall amazon has good quality product.
amazon required very less time to deliver a product in big cites. But in villages more time required to deliver a product.
amazon has android and windows app. the app is very useful and easy to use. amazon.in has very good website it is very easy to use.
