Amazon.in is awesome. I have purchased many items from this website and never had to regret. Some advantages includes Better delivery time, the brand's reputation and known for innovative ideas on making th e-commerce more interactive and direct.
Also usually the products are of good quality and with good customercare system, you just can't go wrong. BTW I'm not related to amazon company in anyway except as a consumer.
The website provides nice description and retargeting method which is effective up to a level.
Most of the products are replaceable or refunded if the transaction didn't go as expected. One of the exceptions are mobile phone for which now only replacement poicy is there. I'm not a fan of this method. I mean what will we do if the entire product model has the same fault?.
Some other things are the limited availability of coupons, compared with paytm the products from amazon feels a bit pricy and Paytm is almost as good as amazon in terms of customer service. Paytm sucks in the case of product description.
In short I would recommend amazon to anyone who is looking forward to make an online purchase.
