Amazon India is one of the popular online shopping in India, as Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
Great Product range, variety of products. Their are genuine products with great offers.
Shipment process is good as we have the option of one day, two day or normal delivery. You just need to pay as the option you select. Packaging is good too.
They have a replacement or refund policy with in 10days. If you have a faulty product and you want to refund of that make sure you select option for refund, in my case after selecting the option for refund they give me replacement unit, at time it was very hectic for giving those both products back, buyer should take the print of the document which are been send by Amazon via mail, and give it to courier guy.
Overall mixed experience of logistics regarding of Amazon, apart from just small cons I would like to to say very good online shopping.
