Amazon is one of the *best*. Review on Amazon

Ok, do you see the subject line wherein best is inside couple of asterisks? Good!

There is a reason to it. Have been a regular customer to Amazon India for quite a while now and frankly and happy with the service that they provide.

• The products are good.

• Refund policy and time taken is simple.

• Returns can be scheduled as and when we like it. etc, etc.

The main point to note here is that the product

• Should always be'Fulfilled by Amazon'

-  You should always pay INR 49 or INR 99 for two or one day delivery respectively.

This will ensure that you receive a quality product and that it is on time. Even if you don't like the product - returns and refund become quite simple and convenient if the product is fulfilled by Amazon.

I have had some experiences with some sellers whose products are not fulfilled by Amazon and the level of quality and the customer service is drastic between the two.

If you can't find your product under Fulfilled by Amazon and if the seller has low ratings- I recommend skipping it altogether and looking for other online portals.
