I ordered a handbag from Amazon on 8th nov and my product id is 402-8263936-4586766. While ordering itself, it was mentioned that product will be delivered by 13 nov.
On 12 nov I recd a mail that product will be delivered today. I called them up to ensure that it gets delivered before 6pm or else pls ask your courier guys to call me b4 delivering.Till now I have called them 6 times but neither have I recd any call from them nor have I got my hand bag.
I must say they are big cheat and unprofessional as they harras their customers by way of making them call again and again.
They gave me courier( Aramax) no only now and Aramax also says that it is still not out for delivery and Amazon has not communicated to them with regard to delivering it b4 6pm or calling the customer and it wont be delivered today.
Tell me guys dont you agree that they are cheat, careless and unprofessional!
