I am online shopper since last 5 years and has tried many online product but amazon, worst. let me tell you guyz about my first and last horrible experience on the ever growing popular site."amazon"
I ordered ON whey protein, and what I ws delivered was fake cheap cornflour like powder!
I have used genuine on protien powder in past and I know hw it tastes! the product was absolutely fake and can be easily identifiable! and when I asked for replacement, there was no reply from amazon! huh.
its so easy to sell fake products from this website that you will hardly find any genuine product! mostly you will find chine's products from alibaba.com! its a crap website that allows one to sell fake products very easily
Customer service:
it was horrible, after my first phone call my call was never been replied, nor the customer care bothered!
product quality:
as mentioned above.FAKE!
delivery time
took around 5 days which is normal but delivery charges was very high
app and website!
only good thing to look at.and one can understand why! cause they have to sell cheap products!
reliability.
so much that I wont evr consider it
