I'm writing this as I got a very bad experience By the customer service of Amazon
I booked my flight tickets to Kerala but not yet got the confirmation then I called the customer service team on call
They just asked me to wait for 24 hours n then I waited 24 hours but still haven't got any confirmation from them n then the transaction was cancelled from them n then again they asked me to wait for 3-5 working days but till then the price of the tickets were invreashed
